I’d like to introduce you all to Lizzi! She is a Sun Prairie Dancer, and this week’s featured Senior Spokesmodel. Lizzi’s passion for dance, horses and all things plants told me that she would be the perfect blend of fun and responsible. In her application she claimed to be shy, but I never would have guessed it. As the only Sun Prairie Rep this year, she hit it off instantly with team members from other schools. Not only that, but there wasn’t a moment of silence between the two of us! Lizzi opted for professional hair and makeup, and her stylist, Sara joined us on location for the shoot making the event feel even more glamorous! We all had so much fun laughing and hanging out during her session, following her around like her own gang of paparazzi.
Lizzi’s senior session took place in downtown Stoughton, which offers a variety of fun spots all within walking distance! We started out near the library for a fun pop of color, and Lizzi was such a natural. I always ask if someone has a preferred profile of their face, but Lizzi rocked EVERY angle. She bounced back and forth between serious and fun so seamlessly and got so many great images right off the bat! Later, we made our way down to a cute wooden bridge as the sun started to give the PERFECT glow. Lizzi picked a simple and stylish outfit of faded jeans and a white top that make those images so timeless and clean. As we made our way around downtown, we found a neat alleyway that gave the perfect urban vibe for her dance uniform portraits, and she blew me away with her flexibility as we capture some truly unique shots. We ended our evening at Viking County Park where we braved the bugs for a few gorgeous sunset shots before heading home.
I could not have asked for a sweeter group of seniors this year, and I am so happy to have Lizzi as one of them! I am already looking forward to reconnecting at our next event, and can’t wait to hear all about how the year is going. For now, I’ll keep watching IG Reels of her awesome dance numbers!
