Floral Senior Session | Olbrich Gardens | Madison, WI
From her participation in choir, band and school musicals, to her Critic’s Choice award in forensics, everything about Pamela’s personality is artistic. When I asked if she wanted to include anything special in her senior session she said a floral piece. She had a unique idea in mind to show her love of flowers, so we headed to Olbrich Gardens to bring her vision to life!
After a quick stop at a local flower shop in Sun Prairie, Pamela picked out the perfect bouquet to compliment her wardrobe and her vision. With only an hour to photograph in the gardens, we got straight to work to find good light and a quiet spot. Within minutes, the two of us were giddily squealing in excitement after just a few snapshots. Pam was already seeing what she had envisioned, and it made me so happy to watch her confidence and happiness soar!
We continued to work our way around the gardens, stopping whenever we found just the right light, and chatting about life in between. She shared that she hadn’t quite decided where she’d like to head after graduation, but Madison was certainly on the list! I might be a little biased as a Badger Alum, but a part of me hopes she finds her way to this city because I know how much her creativity and passion would thrive!
Part of what stood out to me in Pam’s spokesmodel application (apart from her raving peer reviews) was just how involved she is in her schools arts program. She’s a vocalist, a lead performer, a percussionist, a painter, a writer, and a student leader. On top of that, she finds time to volunteer helping younger artists as well, which to me shows her heart and passion.
Pam, you have a gift. Without even seeing you perform, I can tell that you do. The way that you carry yourself and the way others speak so highly of you, doesn’t go unnoticed. I am so happy I could help bring your floral senior session dreams to life, and cannot wait to see what the rest of the year on the team brings!
