A June engagement session in Cross Plains at one of our more popular spots, Indian Lake County Park.
Scott and Krista wanted photos that felt natural, joyful and colorful. With a mix of nerves and excitement, they met up with us in Cross Plains for their engagement session last week to celebrate the final countdown to their wedding day.
Just as I knew they would, their nerves melted away and their happiness poured over. Their willingness to enjoy each other’s company and act like themselves, gave us a gallery of beautiful images that show the world how well they fit with one another.
In our time spent together that evening, we got to witness the balance they are to one another. Where Krista was more outspoken, Scott was intently listening. When Scott took the lead, Krista followed. They had such a comfortability and peace about the two of them, and we could see that wherever they are- they are at home with one another.
As we chatted about their wedding day, one theme was clear. The two of them wanted to spend as much of the day possible, being present together. That wish is music to our ears. We love seeing our couples take a step back on their wedding day to evaluate what is important to them, and see to it that it happens.
With plans for a first look, private dance, and more- we are so excited for their upcoming day this fall.
