Harvest Moon Pond is a barn venue that won our hearts a few short years ago when we first attended one of their summer music night events. The property is absolutely breathtaking. Between the willow trees and the golden glow of the sun setting near the pond, we fell in love with this venue. As wedding photographers who are known for our colorful and warm style, outdoor portraits are some of our couple’s most favorite from their galleries- and this venue always delivers on those!

The Property
Choosing a wedding venue that offers a landscape full of variety and endless opportunity is a major benefit to our couples. They can choose from photos under the willows, in front of the pond, near any of the original buildings, or a combo of all the above! Not only does it make for breathtaking portraits, but it also allows you more time with loved ones on your wedding day. Instead of traveling to other locations and arranging transportation- at Harvest Moon Pond it’s as easy as a quick walk to the edge of the property for the perfect sunset photos without guests even noticing you slipped out!
All in One Wedding Venue
Their on-site ceremony options provide the same benefit! With the ability to host your entire day on property, your guests can allow themselves to be fully present without the stresses of hurrying to the next location or searching for parking. With indoor and outdoor spaces available for them to relax and hang out, it’s easy for couples to keep their loved ones happy and entertained. It also means that more of our photography coverage is dedicated to actually taking photos rather than traveling between locations. Your guests won’t even notice us slipping off for those last few minutes of the sunset, because they’ll be happily enjoying their cocktails and yard games on the patio!
Dedicated Getting Ready Spaces
Yet another reason we as photographers love this space is theres not one, but TWO designated areas for couples to get ready! This helps eliminate stress, and keeps everyone on time. It also gives us a pretty space for classic getting ready photos, where we aren’t in the way of anything else. Couple’s who don’t want to see each other before the ceremony have no problem, because the spaces are separate.
Incredible Team
In addition to the beautifully maintained property that fulfills so many needs, the team behind it all is worth mentioning. With tools and resources built specifically for their couples, they help simplify the wedding planning process with guidance every step of the way. They offer on site bartenders, a full time event manager, seasonal open houses, and a list of recommended vendors. They take care of their couples and their guests with so much passion and love for what they do. They even make sure to give back to the community with their seasonal music nights each benefiting a local non-profit organization. We’ve said before that choosing a wedding photographer who’s personality fits you is an important part of having a good wedding experience.
